She got her early education(O Levels) from Foundation Public School, Karachi and then  went on to SANTA MONICA COMMUNITY COLLEGE in Los Angeles for higher education but never completed it. she is smart and intelligent Vj host. MARRIAGE LIFE

During her vacations she used to go to INDUS TV to meet Ali, a (CREATIVE DIRECTOR BY PROFESION). With whom she married in 2007,and the couple has a son “Azlaan”.

CAREER

Mahira has worked with the satellite TV channels MTV Pakistan and Aag TV. She began her career as a VJ in the age of 16 year young girl. Her dream was to be an actress,which became true when she played role in the film and TV series. She believes that hard work gives the real love, and with (MINOR STEPS) can be reached to the destination. For some fans, she is the true spirit and style for the VJ cutlure in Pakistan.Mahira Khan has hosted live shows called Most Wanted three days a week on MTV Pakistan and Weekend with Mahira on Aag TV. She has worked alongside other VJs like Anoushey Ashraf and Ali Charlie.

She is starring in a lead role as (Khirad Ehsan) in the popular TV serial drama Humsafar,and it is one of the most popular dramas of (Pakistan TV) industry which makes her famous all over the country and has gained instant recognition from critics and masses.
